What's the difference between the everyday range and prescription treatment?
The everyday range is cosmetic: it supports the condition of your hair and scalp and how they look. Prescription treatment is licensed medicine — minoxidil, dutasteride, bimatoprost — that acts on hair loss itself, and it's only dispensed where a UK-registered prescriber judges it appropriate for you.
Who can have prescription hair-loss treatment?
Adults aged 18 to 64. Under-18s and over-65s aren't prescribed these medicines online, and we'll point you to the non-prescription range instead. Beard treatment is licensed for men only. The consultation checks all of this, along with your medical history and any allergies.
How long before I see anything?
Hair grows roughly a centimetre a month, so nothing in hair care works quickly. Give any routine at least three months of consistent use, and six before you make a final judgement. Individual results vary.
My hair started falling out suddenly — can you help?
