Mounjaro, Wegovy and the Wegovy Pill are licensed in the UK for adults with a BMI of 30 or more, or 27 or more with at least one weight-related health condition. Our online service treats adults aged 18 to 65 with a BMI of 27 to 50.
Some people can't be treated online, including anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive, or who has had pancreatitis or an eating disorder. The eligibility guide lists the criteria in full.

There are no separate consultation, prescription, dispensing or delivery fees.
Orders are delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery the next working day after dispensing, in plain, unbranded packaging, with nothing on the outside to say what's inside or who it's from. Injections are packed cold-chain, and you get a tracking link when your order leaves the pharmacy.
Each pen lasts four weeks. Wegovy is £144.99 to £289.99 per pen and Mounjaro £194.99 to £349.99 per pen, depending on the dose. The injections start on the lowest dose and step up, so the first months usually cost less than later ones.
You pay when you place an order, after your consultation. If the prescriber decides treatment isn't suitable, you are not supplied and you are refunded in full. Every price, per dose, is on our pricing and payment page.
Mounjaro, Wegovy and the Wegovy Pill start at a low dose and step up, usually about every four weeks, until you reach the dose your prescriber agrees is right for you. Your prescriber can keep you on a lower dose if it is working.
