Prices by treatment and dose

Each treatment has one price per dose. Injections are priced per pen, and each pen lasts four weeks. Tablets and capsules are priced per pack. The injections start on the lowest dose, so the first months usually cost less than later ones.

Why the price changes with your dose

Mounjaro, Wegovy and the Wegovy Pill start at a low dose and step up, usually about every four weeks, until you reach the dose your prescriber agrees is right for you. Higher doses cost more, so your monthly cost rises during that period and then stays level. Your prescriber can keep you on a lower dose if it is working.

How and when you pay

• You pay when you place an order, after your consultation. Every order is reviewed by a prescriber before anything is dispensed.
• If the prescriber decides treatment isn't suitable, you are not supplied and you are refunded in full.
• You can pay by debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. On one-off orders, Klarna or Clearpay may also be offered at checkout.
• If the prescriber changes your dose after you have paid, any difference in price is charged or refunded to the same card, and we tell you first.

Subscriptions

A subscription is optional. It sends your treatment every four weeks and renews automatically, and you can pause or cancel it at any time from your account. On Mounjaro, Wegovy and Alli, a subscription costs less per order, as shown in the price list. The Wegovy Pill and orlistat cost the same on subscription as one-off.

Instalment options such as Klarna and Clearpay are not available on subscriptions.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel any order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Because these are temperature-controlled prescription medicines, they can't be returned once dispensed. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, or is lost in transit, we will put it right. The full policy is in our terms.

NHS and private prescriptions

Some people can get weight-loss medicine through the NHS, where the standard prescription charge applies in England. NHS access is limited to people who meet strict criteria, and waiting times vary. A private prescription, like the ones our prescribers issue, means you pay the full cost of the medicine, without the NHS eligibility rules or wait.
