Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of pprx.co.uk and our pharmacy services. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy and Cookie policies.
01Eligibility
Our services are available to UK residents aged 18 or over. You must provide accurate information during any consultation; treatment decisions depend on it. We may refuse or withdraw service where it would be unsafe or inappropriate.
02The service
PPRX provides online pharmacy services, including clinician consultations, dispensing and delivery. The website provides information only and is not medical advice. A clinical relationship begins only when you complete a consultation and a prescriber reviews it.
03Prescriptions & clinical discretion
All prescription-only medicines are supplied solely at the discretion of a registered prescriber, following a clinical assessment. We do not guarantee that any treatment will be prescribed.
- A prescriber may decline to prescribe, request more information, or recommend an alternative.
- Medicines must be used as directed; never share them with others.
04Payments & subscriptions
Prices are shown on the site and charged when a prescriber approves treatment. Subscriptions renew at the stated interval until cancelled. You can pause or cancel before your next dispatch; charges already taken for dispensed medicines are non-refundable.
05Cancellation & refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time, effective from your next billing cycle. Where we are unable to prescribe, any consultation fee is refunded in full. Medicines are exempt from standard distance-selling returns on health and safety grounds once dispatched.
06Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided to you.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
