This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights under UK GDPR. It applies to pprx.co.uk and to the pharmacy services we provide.

01Who we are

PPRX Pharmacy (“PPRX”, “we”) is a pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC #9012740), with registered premises at 4-6 Wadsworth Road, Perivale, London UB6 7JJ. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

02Data we collect

Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:

  • Identity & contact data — name, email, phone, address, date of birth.
  • Health data — medical history, measurements, medications and consultation answers (special-category data).
  • Transaction data — orders, payments and delivery details.
  • Technical data — device, browser and usage data via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

03Our lawful basis

We process your data under: contract (to provide pharmacy services), consent (for marketing and non-essential cookies), legal obligation (pharmacy and medicines record-keeping), and — for health data — Article 9(2)(h), the provision of health care by a health professional bound by confidentiality.

04How we share data

We share data only as necessary: with the prescribing clinicians and our dispensing team; with delivery and payment providers acting on our instructions; with regulators where legally required; and with your GP where you ask us to. We never sell your data.

05How long we keep it

Pharmacy and prescription records are retained in line with professional and legal requirements (generally a minimum of several years). Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent.

06Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these, contact us at info@pprx.co.uk.

If you have concerns about how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
