Liposomal vitamin D3+K2 is vitamin D3 and K2 wrapped in a protective layer of lipids (the same kind of fatty molecules your cells are built from), forming tiny spheres called liposomes.
Vitamin D3 and K2 are both fat-soluble, which means your body absorbs them best in the presence of fats. Taken as a dry tablet with nothing to carry them, a good deal can go to waste. The liposome surrounds them in a lipid layer designed to shield them as they travel through the digestive system, so more is protected on the journey and taken up rather than passed through.
We've seen how powerful this delivery method can be. In a double-blind, randomised human trial on our own liposomal vitamin C, blood levels reached almost four times higher than standard, non-liposomal vitamin C at the same dose, with no reported side effects.
