Important Delivery Information
Our orders are sent out using Royal Mail (unless stated) 48 hour tracked service.
In the case of refrigerated items, items will be dispatched using the fast 24 hour tracked delivery service.
Any orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day excluding weekends or bank holidays.
Once you have placed an order on our website, you have confirmed that the chosen address is safe for medicines to be posted through the letterbox and have adequate safety measures in place for the protection of everyone in the household including pets.
We will ensure products are in temper-proof packaging to guarantee safe arrival. Controlled drugs will require a signature upon receipt.

Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
Order Received – Order has been received and passed on to Pharmacist
Awaiting Pharmacist Approval – Pharmacist will assess customers request and ensure its suitability. Pharmacist may need to obtain further information to determine course of treatment.
Order Approved – Order has been approved and forwarded to dispensing team for preparation.
Order Dispatched – Order is out for delivery. Further tracking information will be provided by courier.
All orders can be tracked from your dispatch email, your online account as well as notifications from your courier.
Why do I need to complete a Health Questionnaire?
Some OTC (over the counter) medicines are categorised as P-line and may contain harmful ingredients which have the potential to be misused. For the safety and protection of our customers, customers will need to complete the health questionnaire at checkout.
Allocated delivery dates at checkout are therefore subject to your questionnaire being approved by our healthcare team.
